Accessible Pricing Model
Supporting Impactful Career Growth for All
We believe top-tier career coaching should be accessible to everyone. Our pricing model is intentionally designed to meet you where you are financially, providing affordable, high-quality services while ensuring the long-term sustainability of our work.
Looking for entirely free options? If paid coaching is currently outside of your budget, please visit our Resources Page to explore free, community-based programs and services, or review our scholarship opportunities below.
Sliding Scale Pricing
We offer a sliding-scale pricing model based on household income, providing discounts between 40%–50% for clients demonstrating financial need. This framework directly reduces barriers to premium coaching while maintaining the quality and sustainability of our services.
Eligibility & Guidance
How it’s determined: Eligibility is verified through income verification or proof of financial need (such as recent pay stubs or proof of participation in public assistance programs like SNAP or Medicaid).
Your Privacy Matters: All shared information is kept strictly confidential and is permanently deleted immediately following the verification process.
How to Apply: If you qualify, simply mention your interest in our accessible pricing during your complimentary consultation.
FRM Collective Pay-It-Forward Fund
We believe in a sustainable community ecosystem. To ensure premium career coaching remains within reach, FRM Collective contributes a portion of our proceeds directly to our Pay-It-Forward Fund. This dedicated fund is used exclusively to subsidize the cost of our sliding-scale discounts and provide fully-funded scholarship seats as resources allow.
Qualifications: Sliding-scale discounts and subsidized scholarship seats are reserved for clients demonstrating financial need, with priority for household incomes under $27,750.
Priority Groups: Priority is given to first-generation students, single parents, individuals with disabilities, former foster youth, veterans, individuals aged 65 or older, and survivors.
How to Apply: If you qualify, please inquire about our current subsidized pricing or scholarship availability during your complimentary consultation.
As our Pay-It-Forward Fund grows through client engagements and community contributions, FRM Collective will expand our capacity to lower barriers for those who need it most.
