Our mission is to empower opportunity seekers to move forward with clarity and confidence. We provide affordable, inclusive, and personalized career coaching to early-career, mid-career, and transitioning professionals. Our services include:

1:1 Career Coaching: Get personalized support for career planning, resumes, and interview preparation.
Workshops & Partnerships: We design and deliver custom soft skills and job readiness workshops for organizations working with low-income professionals, first-generation students, people with disabilities, and other equity-focused communities.
Equity-Focused Scholarships: Through our unique "Pay-It-Forward" Fund, we're building a movement of support, collaboration, and opportunity—making coaching accessible to everyone.

Meet Malerie

Hi, I’m Malerie Baker, Founder and Career Coach at FRM Collective. With over 5 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of mentoring and supporting a diverse range of individuals—from high school students and adults with disabilities to early and mid-career professionals navigating major transitions.

I hold a Master of Science in Public Accounting and am a Certified Career Services Provider (NCDA) and Certified Professional Résumé Writer (PARWCC). My professional journey and personal passion have led me to mentor and support a wide range of individuals. From guiding students in a community college career program to leading workshops for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, I've had the honor of helping people find their path. I've also provided personalized support to individuals who have transitioned here from other countries, along with close colleagues, friends, and family. This diverse experience has given me a deep appreciation for every unique career journey.

In 2025, I co-presented at the NCDA Global Career Development Conference, sharing insights on how to empower individuals who have been overlooked, underestimated, or face systemic barriers.

I am passionate about making career coaching accessible, inclusive, and empowering for every client—helping you gain the clarity, confidence, and support you need to pursue meaningful work.
