Hi, I’m Malerie Baker, a Career Coach & Business Consultant and the Founder of FRM Collective.
I provide a holistic, systemic framework for mid-career leaders and aspiring professionals to secure their next right-fit opportunity with clarity and confidence. My strategy is built on a decade of experience in Public Accounting, Project Management, Mentorship, and Talent Development.
I hold a Master of Science in Public Accounting and am a Certified Career Services Provider (NCDA) and Certified Professional Résumé Writer (PARWCC). My unique blend of expertise allows me to offer a high-value perspective: I don't just help you tell your story; I help you convert your experience into measurable value, ensuring your professional documents speak in high-impact language that captures the attention of executive decision-makers.
